We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team as an Executive Culinary Director for Seasonal Cuisine at Barchester Healthcare Ltd.
As an Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus that meet the needs of our residents. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus that showcase fresh seasonal produce, while maintaining hotel/restaurant standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
