Salary
£24,000 - £28,000 (higher salary considered for more experienced candidate
Hours
Offering a very appealing 4-day working week, with flexible working arrangements, working either Mon-Thur 7am-5pm or Mon-Thur - Every weekend off, including Friday.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts, being the leading point of contact. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
* Liaise with customers as well as internal teams.
* Generate customer reports
* Monitor customer portals
* Continually review and update customer order book.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager or relevant role (ideal if in conjunction with experience in working with various social media platforms)
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence people at all levels of an organisation
* Solid experience with CRM/ERP/MRP software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
