We are looking to recruit a Training Content Creator for a 3 month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Background
KBR is embarking on the Global replacement of SAP with Microsoft Dynamics 365. All training will be delivered globally using our Program global training methodology and content which will deployed locally. We are looking for a Training Content Creator to join us and aid the training workstream.
Purpose of the Role:
To help develop and build a Programs Training repository and support centralised training collateral.
Responsibilities
4. Manage, and update the Training Collateral Development Plan.
5. Development of User Personas and Learning Pathways
6. Creation and management of all training collateral including but not restricted to Classroom/ remote course content, E-learning, Reference guides, Videos.
7. Provide status updates regularly to OCM Global Training Lead and other relevant stakeholders on key activities, risks, issues, and concerns.
8. Align Global Security Roles against User Personas
9. Support OCM Global Training Lead with global adoption and knowledge refreshers.
10. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on D365 applications, tailored to the specific needs and workflows.
11. Delivers in-business upskilling events i.e. Train the Trainer, Knowledge updates to maintain and improve training capability for Program Team members, Local Training Resources and End Users as required.
12. Curate training collateral in KBR’s online learning solution workday.
13. Super user extended / advanced training to focus on housekeeping, error handling and resolution & new ways of working.
Key Skills
14. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
15. Prior experience of working within a training team environment
16. Experience of training delivery in D365 implementations – FinOps and Projects
17. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including FinOps and Projects modules
18. Experience of Learning Management Systems
19. Experience of eLearning tools – iSpring desired but not essential.
20. Ability to use SharePoint Admin - desired
21. Strong Stakeholder management
22. Initiative-taker & driven.
