Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our National team. We have 2 hubs where you can work from, or if you prefer, you can work fully remote! Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a professional image, and the ability to be a team player.
This will be your own desk, as you know what you're doing; there is support on hand if you need it.
We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated person with resilience and a dedication to succeed who would like more freedom and flexibility to work around their schedule. We are flexible with hybrid working, as it will be your desk to manage, allowing a mixture of time between the office, client visits, and home. It is important to us that the job fits around you and your work-life balance, especially if that is due to childcare or other commitments.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
2. Gain client and candidate traction.
3. Business development.
4. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
6. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
7. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.
Experience:
1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience with a monthly billing desk.
2. Previous experience in sales and business development.
3. Sector experience can be dependent on you; we have a strong footing in Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial, but if you have worked previously in another sector, we are very open to discussion.
