You will ensure the delivery of great food for our guests in line with company standards, whilst ensuring financial control of stock and safety and compliance requirements are met in the kitchen. As the Kitchen Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that food safety and health and safety standards are always adhered to in the kitchen by any member of the team. Also over seeing that only high quality food leaves the kitchen and is picture perfect; hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold.Core skills required
