Key Responsibilities:
As the Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a high-performing team of automotive professionals to ensure daily operations align with RAC's strategic goals. You will focus on:
1. Operational Leadership: Manage overall performance, ensuring the centre meets key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, quality, and compliance.
2. Health & Safety Compliance: Oversee and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
3. Team Development: Plan and manage staff performance, ensuring alignment with RAC policies. Provide coaching and create a culture of engagement.
4. Customer Excellence: Ensure superior service for customers and members, handling feedback and optimizing customer retention and satisfaction.
5. Operational Efficiency: Review and implement process improvements for better efficiency in service delivery.
6. Inventory & Equipment Management: Ensure smooth operation through effective management of inventory, stock, and equipment.
7. Recruitment and Retention: Play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent for the centre.
