Role Responsibilities
* Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
* Ensure timely and accurate payments, including processing of overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
* Manage and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior management and the finance team.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including the filing of PAYE, NIC, and RTI submissions.
* Assist with year-end processes, including P60/P11D preparation.
* Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and pension contributions.
Person Specification
* Previous experience in payroll, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and legislation.
* Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve payroll queries effectively.
