Our Client has a requirement for a Sales Team Leader, who will be required to work on a permanent basis in Irlam.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Interact with and motivate the Desk Sales / Telesales team. Operate call coaching, call listening, second voice closing and sales training.
Monitor productivity levels of Desk Sales / Telesales team, reporting daily to the National Desk Based Sales Manager any areas for improvement.
Provide reports on coaching of staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on metrics defined by Sales Operations.
Managing of lunch & break rota to maintain cover across core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri - liaising with National Desk Based Sales Manager to manage FTE resources, holiday cover and expanding FTE coverage from 09:00 to 20:00 Mon-Fri.
Maintain management supervision in the sales office during core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri. Presence in the office minimum 3 days per week, office duties / rota to be shared with National Desk Based Sales Manager to maintain supervision during core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri.
Maintain individual performance files for each Desk Sales / Telesales agent with weekly reports on Areas of concern, areas of excellence, additional coaching areas, attitude and standards. These should be reported to the National Desk Based Sales Manager who will collate with individual tar...
