Job Description: Roadside Rescue Mechanic
As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure our customers receive prompt and reliable assistance. With a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for repairing vehicles at the roadside, using your technical skills and knowledge to diagnose and fix problems efficiently.
* You will communicate effectively with customers, explaining the issue and the solution in a clear and concise manner.
* You will work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, to accommodate our customers' needs.
Requirements:
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
