Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Hours: Flexible hours 37.5 hours per week with the opportunity of hybrid working after probation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute regional sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets.
2. Identify and connect with high-value prospects (Freight Forwarders and Banks) to build a strong sales pipeline.
3. Develop and expand relationships with existing bank customers and uncover new sales opportunities.
4. Engage with prospects through persistent outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new business.
5. Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, including tasks, leads, accounts, and opportunities.
6. Work closely with Management, Operations, and Solutions teams regionally and globally to meet company goals.
