Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience working with children with SEN. • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and educational strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
