Position
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Manager who has a strong background in running a team within credit control and ideally have worked in a Logistics or Transport organisation.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide weekly reports to the Head of Finance on key performance indicators (KPIs), including debtor aging, direct debit onboarding and collections, and credit notes. Contribute to cash flow forecasting by incorporating known and anticipated payment dates from the debtor ledger
* Lead and manage the team, ensuring daily and weekly cash collection and debtor day targets are met
* Resolve account queries with internal departments
* Ensure that all telephone conversations or email communications are recorded in our in-house systems
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and best practices
