Role
As a Social Media Manager, youâll lead a team of Social Media Executives to lead our client's organic social strategy, content and community.
As well as delivering Social Strategies and leading the channel management of our clients brands, itâs your role to nurture and lead a team to ensure weâre delivering the highest quality output possible whilst enhancing our relationships with our clients.
Team Structure:
Youâll report to our Social Media Director.
Youâll have 1 Social Media Executive that will report to you.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimising content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
* Line managing 1 Social Media Executive whoâll have a number of clients, that will work on the day-to-day of each client.
* Typically, youâll be working across 2-4 clients.
* Approving all pieces of content that your team produces.
* Support on reports for clients. Provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance to ensure we continue to develop our client's brands MoM.
* To support new business pitches. Delivering social strategies and then pitching them (alongside our New Business team) to brands who are looking to work with us.
* Ensuring your team is happy!
Requirements
* 3+ years of social media experience is required. Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
* You want to continue building a career in Social and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
* You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about your work and wants to do your best.
* You enjoy being creative.
* You'll have strong organisational skills.
* Curious and adaptable: itâs a fast-moving industry, and social advertising is even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.
Salary
ÂŁ32,000 to ÂŁ37,500 depending on skillset & experience.
