Regional Pool Operations and Maintenance Manager

Our client is a U.K. leading sports coaching and education company. They have a mission to get children in UK active and to help fight the inactivity crisis.
After a succesful pilot last year, our client have rolled out a first of its kind project across the U.K. They provide a pop-up pool solution and high-quality swimming lessons directly on primary school sites nationwide, enabling children to develop these essential skills in a supportive and familiar environment.
Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking for an experienced ops and maintain manager to join their growing team. You will be managing the operations of the companies pools across the Birmingham area as well as supporting their partners. This will include quality assurance and designing build outs.

You will have:
- Proven knowledge and experience in pool plant operations, water management, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with PWTAG guidelines and HSE regulations related to swimming facilities.
- Experience in training and development
- Relevant certifications in PWTAG pool plant operations and water treatment (Swimming Pool Technical Operator)
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
