The Role
The Investment Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Investment Management team with all client reporting and internal returns. Ensuring all SalesForce and client folders are maintained to a high standard.
The Investment Administrative Assistant will confidently prepare Investment Policy Statements to a good standard for compliance approval, as well as ensuring all KPI reports are in line with compliance ready for year end.
The Investment Administrative Assistant will monitor the progress of account opening and all client transfers as well as responding to client emails and requests in a professional manner.
The Investment Administrative Assistant will prepare and load BACS/CHAPS payments into the Wealth Management software, as well as taking responsibility for any static data amendments and the completion and updating of FATCA, W8 and CRS forms.
The Investment Administrative Assistant is to confidently liaise with SIPP providers, assist the Investment Management team and Team Head with any client meeting preparation including presentations and conferences and liaise with clients and advises with diary management booking meetings.
The Investment Administrative Assistant will build a good relationship with clients and staff becoming a key contact within the team.
The Candidate
1-2 years Client Services or Investment Administration, Wealth Management administration experience. Wealth Planning / Financial Planning administration will also be considered.
Professional and highly interested in work within an Investment Management environment.
Takes initiative for their own work, but also works well as part of a team.
Deals with all matters promptly, professionally and accurately without being reminded.
