ROLE OVERVIEW
Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS), a multi-award-winning global recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in a full-time capacity. Based at our head office, this role is critical in ensuring compliance across customer contracts, onboarding, pre-screening, and Right to Work (RTW) checks, while also supporting the optimization of system automation flows.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee customer contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
* Manage the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions.
* Conduct pre-screening and Right to Work checks, maintaining meticulous records.
* Support and streamline system automation flows to enhance operational efficiency.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* A Degree or higher level in a relevant field or proven experience in compliance or a similar role.
* Experience in contract management, onboarding, and compliance checks within a regulated or professional services environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
