Our client, a world-leading manufacturer, is recruiting an Administrative Assistant (3-month contract). The opportunity to work for an international leader within its sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Printing off and distributing build plans with the production stakeholders supporting on updating data in spreadsheets and using emails to keep people updated on logistics/transport booking or anything expedited.
* Mainly emailing, telephoning, printing and communicating with updates.
Requirements:
- proficiency in MS Office - comfortable with data input/updating
- comfortable using the phone and good interpersonal skills
Hours of Work:
contract hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday – no hybrid working
