We are currently recruiting for an interim experienced Health and Safety Coordinator for a well-established, rapidly growing Hertford based organisation.
This is a temporary position for approx. 3 months - but could extend.
The successful candidate should hold a NEBOSH qualification.

This role is 100% office based and the weekly hours are Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Responsibilities include :
1. Ensuring up-to-date training certificates and badges are uploaded to the company website.
2. Keep fully aware of current and future health and safety legislation, advising management of relevant changes as well as implications impacting the business.
3. Creating and reviewing risk assessments and isolating how those risks can be reduced.
4. Ensure all accidents, incidents or near misses are fully investigated and all necessary paperwork is completed.
5. Encouraging colleagues to adopt and follow relevant Health and Safety processes, ensuring the safety of staff.
6. Completing regular audits with external auditors of risk areas, compliance and that safety legislation is being adhered to.
