Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
In this role you will be based on their Nuneaton site working on a variety of construction projects. Working closely with the team, helping to track budgets, manage bill of quantities, prepare and evaluate sub contractor packages and prepare cost reports.
The ideal candidate will 1-2 years experience in a similar role as a Junior Quantity Surveyor, ideally experience within Civil Engineering projects. This could be within rail, utilities, water, groundworks. However this role is also open to graduates with a Quantity Surveying degree. You should also be local to the Nuneaton area.

The Role:
- Assistant/ Junior Quantity Surveyor
-Working closely to assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor
-Preparing cost reports
-Bill of Quantities
-Evaluate Sub Contractor Packages
The Person:
-Quantity Surveying degree, or 1-2 years experience within UK Construction as a Quantity Surveyor
-Ambitious and Eager to learn!
-An interest in Civil Engineering Projects/ Construction
-UK Driving License
