We're looking for individuals with experience in the care sector who are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference. You must hold a full UK driving license as the role does require driving.

After your probation period, they will fully fund your Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, you'll receive a joining bonus AND you won't be doing any sleep-ins, or nights. Day-to-day, you will:
Support young people in all aspects of their supported living, including personal care.
Engage and encourage participation in various learning, development, and social activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips, and social events.

Work one-on-one with residents, planning daily activities based on their preferences, promoting independence, and helping them create positive memories and experiences.Benefits:
