We are looking for a Hotel Sales Manager for this independant hotel and are looking for someone who is strong in pro-active sales. You will have a strong M&E sales knowledge and also be strong with corporate accommodation negotiations. A good knowledge of the Stirling market and local area is also a must.
As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel, driving revenue and market share across our four hotels, meeting, connecting and building relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Promoting & Selling: Market our hotel including all of our meeting, event and recreational offerings to the full market.
* New Business: Seek out new revenue opportunities and develop existing accounts to boost market share.
* Strategic Approach: Employ an organized, planned, and strategic approach to account management, revenue-generating activities, customer engagement, and brand activity.
* Metrics & KPIs: Your success will be measured through key sales metrics and KPIs, including monthly revenue and opportunity reporting.
* Teamwork: You'll work closely with hotel General Manager, Operations manager, the wider sales and reservations office and the commercial team on exciting events, seasonal promotions and support in driving F&B sales.
About You:
As Hotel Sales Manager you'll need:
* Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hospitality, travel, or events sector
* Commercial Savvy: Excellent commercial understanding with the ability to drive new business and grow market share.
* Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can independently drive results.
* Sales Expertise: Strong grasp of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
* Hospitality Experience: Preferred but not essential. We're looking for passion and drive above all.
