This role involves managing assigned translation and localisation projects and the development and execution of diverse initiatives. Hybrid working model – 3 days in Glasgow office
Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects
Proactively assessing project risks and potential issues, resolve and close identified gaps before they arise; approach management and clients with well thought through solutions
Setting and managing regular phone calls and Teams face to best take care of our clients needs
Manage a large number of suppliers and ensuring project resources maintain a high level of quality, professional and ethical standards.
Ensure all client projects are delivered on or before deadlines agreed with clients
Provide daily updates on the progress of projects
Project Management experience in the translation or multi-lingual multi-media industry
Client relationship, engagement, management experience and experience of managing higher value contracts and clients
Take ownership of client projects under supervision of the Management team
Communicate effectively (verbal & written) and professionally with clients and team of linguists at all times ensuring that our clients are kept updated on the status of their projects
A high degree of strong rapport building as part of client relationship management is essential
Show evidence of taking ownership of assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure success working closely with PM team and management
Ensure quality requirements and budgets are met and exceeded
