Support Worker in Colburn
Salary: £14.00 per hour tracking the real living wage
Welcome Payment: £1000 (Pro rata for part time roles)
Travel Allowance: Up to £250 each month (Pro rata for part time roles)
About the Role: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Colburn, consisting of 6 individual bungalows to support individuals in moving into their own homes. Initially, you might work with individuals in their current settings to get to know them prior to their transition. Working with PIPS allows you to be part of a team delivering great support and improving people’s quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing daily living skills, facilitating hobbies and interests, and helping individuals realize their dreams. You will provide person-centered care with a focus on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS), directly supporting individuals and helping develop their skills and community integration.
