Key Responsibilities:
13. Oversee daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
14. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and allocate work
15. Maintain high standards of repair and service quality
16. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
17. Communicate effectively with customers, delivering excellent service
18. Work closely with management to continuously innovate and improve processes

19. Proven experience in a Workshop Controller or similar role in the automotive repair industry
20. Strong leadership and organizational skills
