Your new role
* The management of the office supplies inventory and places orders as needed.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain and organise files, records, and other important documents.
* Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff.
* Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
* Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with an office environment
