Salary: Starting from £12.00 per hour

We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to come and join our team in Berkeley
You will lead an experienced team to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Maximising sales through the delivery of excellent customer service
2. Ensuring the warehouse is kept to the highest standards
3. Experience of management with stock
4. Daily planning, organisation and follow up of all warehouse activities
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to use initiative
6. Dealing with day to day customer queries
7. Knowledge of appropriate H&S legislation
8. Physically demanding role – requires regular lifting as part of the daily role following the required manual handling procedure
9. Working in all weathers – spring, summer, autumn, winter
Please note, due to the nature of our products, this position will involve regular manual handling and heavy lifting (weights of up to 25kg).
You’ll need to be a positive and friendly person with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail, and the motivation to deliver outstanding customer service. If you’re interested in agriculture or the great outdoors, this could be the job for you!
