Our friendly transport team in Minworth have an exciting opportunity for aDriver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!
As a Driver Debriefer you willbe responsible for providinggeneral administration support to the Transport Department.
Salary:Up to £26,622 per annum, plus £2,000 night shift allowance.
Shift:4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am.
Key Duties of aDriver De-Briefer include:
1. Correctly debriefing drivers.
2. Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
3. Scanning and storing PODs using Culinas document management system.
4. Preparing drivers wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
5. Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
6. Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
7. Downloading drivers cards / tachographs.
