Our kitchens are fully equipped with the most up to date and modern equipment at your fingertips.
Your leadership and organisational skills will support the Head Chef and other Departments to oversee the day-to-day duties of our home’s needs and the quality of service delivery.
You will be supported into the job role by our Head Chef and Department Manager.
Your role is to provide a high standard of quality nutritious meals in line with individual diets and the International Dysphagia Diet Standards. Also, to maintain standards of HACCP by completing required documentation.
