Our client isindependent and trusted provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration technology.
They are looking for a Sales Manager who will grow revenue by mentoring the existing team, helping to present and close potential deals, and growing the existing team's headcount. This is a pivotal role in the business' history and has the potential to develop into a Main Board equity holding position.
Key Objectives
Oversee the development of the business sales and marketing strategies
Bid for and win contracts that provide a platform for our ambitions in delivering integrated communications
Mentor and develop the existing sales team.
Develop new products that meet the needs of commissioning bodies and partner agencies. Lead innovation within the organisation around new offerings.
Grow the headcount of the sales team.
Candidate Profile
Demonstratable experience in the Unified Communications sector
Proven track record of managing sales teams
Proven track record of growing revenues inUnified Communications
Strong recruitment and onboarding skills
A track record of success in Business Development/Sales
Experience of operating at board level
