We are looking for a Service Centre Operator to join our team in Prestatyn. This person will be responsible for delivering a five star service, selling the benefits of HCA International and guiding the customer though the call. Contact with the customer will involve both inbound and outbound activities.

What you’ll do:
1. Answering telephone calls and transferring the call in a professional manner.
2. Ensure all systems are accurately updated and transferred to the correct department/individual or facility
3. To provide rapid response when answering calls, working towards set SLAs and individual KPIs.
4. Liaise closely with the staff at each allocated Hospital e.g. GP Liaison and Consultant Liaison staff; keeping colleagues updated on any new services and consultant updates.
