We are seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to help in managing our company's computer infrastructure and assist our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.
To ensure success in the role, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimise the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT System and Network administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.
ABOUT YOU:
As an IT Systems & Network Administrator you will work closely with the IT Manager and Head of IT and be responsible for managing the day-to-day technical infrastructure needs of the agency, and the Bulletproof team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and maintaining Bulletproof’s various Networks, Servers and SaaS Solutions.
* Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
* Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
* Creating user accounts, setting up systems and performing access control.
* Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimise computer systems.
* Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
* Mentoring Bulletproof employees, as well as providing IT support.
* Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
* Providing I.T. administrative support to all agency departments working as part of the global I.T. support team.
* Reporting into the Global Head of I.T.
* Continuing the smooth, efficient and productive running of the agencies' I.T. infrastructure from supporting single users to network and server maintenance.
* Support and assist external agency locations remotely if and as when required.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

* Proven experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
* Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
* Exceptional organisational, and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Apple qualifications ACTC 10.10 or ACSP 10.11 / Jamf 100 or above.
* Essential experience using and supporting Mac OS, its applications and end users within a creative environment.
* Desirable knowledge and understanding of: Apple Hardware, Mac OS and iOS supporting users with Adobe CC suite, Microsoft Office and Monotype.
* The ability to use and configure Jamf Pro, Jamf Now, Microsoft 365, Mac OS X Server, Synology, UniFi, Box.com and Sonicwall.
* Knowledge of PC and Windows OS.
* Assisting the setup and running of meetings using Teams and other VC software.
* A good understanding of routing, networking and DNS.
* Experience of Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer and command line.
* Understanding of printers and calibration helpful.
* General I.T. hardware skills: replace memory, hard drives.
