Finance Officer - Newry Temporary (2-3 months) | Full-time or 4-day week | Site-based | From £15 an hour (dependant on experience) REED Accountancy is delighted to be partnered with a fantastic charity based in Newry in the appointment of a Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary, full-time or 4-day week basis. The Role: Invoice and purchase order processing and reconciliation - allocating payments and receipts to appropriate budget codes and nominals. Bank reconciliation relating to all departments - income, creditors and debtors. Daily reconciliation of finances Account maintenance and accurate VAT recording. Electronic and manual filing of all documentation. Operating franking machine and dealing with incoming/outgoing post. Manage journals for accruals, prepayments, and stock, making adjustments as required. Manage accurate reporting of fixed assets, depreciation, and investments. Essential criteria: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
