Job Purpose
Are you proactive and driven, with a talent for building impactful corporate relationships? This role focuses on developing regional corporate income, maintaining a sustainable pipeline of relationships over £25k, and supporting fundraisers to maximise income potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a high-value corporate prospect pipeline, securing £25k+ contributions to achieve over £200,000 in annual income.
* Design and pitch innovative partnership propositions, fostering corporate support and engagement.
* Develop processes for relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and income growth.
* Identify and unlock corporate income opportunities through strong internal and external relationships.
* Participate in fundraising events and networking opportunities to nurture prospects.
* Drive stock generation, secure Gifts in Kind, and contribute to broader organizational goals.
* Monitor partnerships, reporting on income and engagement in line with KPIs.
* Conduct due diligence on donors to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in corporate partnership management with a strong track record in relationship building.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in database management and KPI reporting.
* Passionate about the mission, demonstrating core values and a commitment to maximising income.
* Collaborative team player with great attention to detail and time management.
