A successful service manager will responsible for:
6. Leading, managing and developing this brand new service
7. Acting as a positive role model for co-workers and children alike
8. Enable the team you work with to achieve positive outcomes for the children and families you support
9. Collaborate with Social Work, teachers and multi-disciplinary teams
10. Establish relationships with community resources in the area
11. Working from both the main office as well as visiting community settings and family homes
12. Implementing and establishing new procedures and routines in the service
To be successful in your application, you will:
13. Previous experience working with children and young people in a management or senior position
14. Have flexibility in working hours and patterns
15. Driving licence and own car are essential
16. Have passion and dedication to supporting young people in crisis
