In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.

Main Duties:
6. Deal effectively and efficiently with customer orders and schedules, maintaining high customer service standards.
7. Process customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
8. Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming emails and phone calls.
9. Effectively handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure continuity of supply.
11. Assist in telemarketing and telesales projects.
12. Prepare customer quotations, maintaining the discount matrix.
13. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and across departments.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
15. Adhere to all company Health and Safety procedures.
16. Maintain compliance with all other company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
17. Good telephone manner.
18. Good general education.
19. Previous experience in a sales office environment.

23. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
