Job Description :
This role will provide proficient personal assistant support to the Chief Data Analytics Officer. It will be required to co-ordinate their activities and provide administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and confidentiality.

* Effective diary management - emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities
* Travel and accommodation management and co-ordination
* Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system is in place
* Meeting co-ordination, preparation, efficiency, and effectiveness
* Co-ordination of data and preparation of relevant business reports e.g. KPIs
* Managing routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions
* Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events
* Management and co-ordination of functional specific projects and administration

* Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
