For the successful Buying Administrator we are offering:
1. Pay rate of up to £13 per hour
2. Days based role 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
3. Temp - Perm position
4. Friendly working environment
5. 20 days holiday + bank holidays
6. Pension scheme
The Role - Buying Administrator:
7. Managing approved supply base, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
8. Placing materials orders with the approved suppliers
9. Providing clear supply chain communication both internally & externally
10. Managing raw material inventory
11. Identifying issues with any paperwork
What we are looking for in a Buying Administrator:
12. Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
13. Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
14. Strong Admin skills are essential
15. IT Literate
16. Good numerical skills
17. Experience working within a busy & varied Administration role within a Manufacturing/Production environment
