Secondary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) required

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking ECTs to join our supply pool for various client schools in South Manchester starting in January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs who are looking to gain valuable experience, work in diverse educational settings, and make a positive impact on young learners.
Registered ECTs with Teaching Personnel will have the opportunity to take on temporary day to day supply roles, subject specific long-term roles and temporary to permanent placements.
Requirements:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Genuine desire to teach in secondary schools.
• Adaptability and passion for education.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality teaching to students across different key stages.
• Support students in achieving their learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
