As a Business Support Officer for the Kent Enablement at Home Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley you will be responsible for leadership of a small team of Business Support Coordinators, including providing supervision and support whilst having oversight, organising and delegation of a range of tasks that need to be undertaken on a regular basis to ensure a smooth running service. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively with internal and external partners and focuses on promoting a persons independence
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

2. Excellent organisational, delegation and planning skills, ability to prioritise your own and a team workload and work well under pressure.
3. Brilliant interpersonal skills and experience of working with people and challenging situations.
4. Knowledge and understanding of computer based systems

6. Flexible in their approach and ready to embrace new ways of working
