Job Description
I am currently seeking a Permanent Office Manager for work with a UK Contractor at Sizewell C in Suffolk.
This role would include but not be limited to the below
* Coordinate and organize office activities
* Oversee stock of office supplies
* Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
* Oversee the administrative function and support when needed
* Review / Manage office budget and expenditure
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and up to date
* Ad-Hoc Office Manager Duties
The Ideal Candidate will have
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar
* Previous experience within Construction, Civils, plant or similar
* 2x References
