About the role
We are now recruiting a Clinical Trials Coordinator to facilitate new, high-quality investigator-led and commercial clinical trials at the QSMND. You’ll be responsible for preparation of ethics, MHRA, and R&D submissions, liaising with sponsors and clinical research facilities, negotiating contracts, coordinating audits and inspections, and disseminating information about studies. You will also organise and coordinate trial patient visits and liaise with international sites and funders.
The post is available from 06 January and is funded by the UCLH BRC until 31 July in the first instance.

About you
You’ll have significant experience in clinical trials work in a medical research environment, coupled with good knowledge of data protection legislation and experience of setting up and coordinating multi-centre studies. A strong problem-solver, you’ll be able to synthesise complex ideas and data and apply these accordingly, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role meets the eligibility requirements for a skilled worker certificate of sponsorship or a global talent visa under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL welcomes applications from international applicants who require a visa.
