Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management: Prepare, record, monitor, and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.
2. Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices from customer orders.
3. Shipping & Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
4. Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
5. Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
6. Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.
7. Adaptability: Take on any additional duties as required to support the team.
