Assistant Management Accountant (Hybrid) needed in Nottingham, £17.00ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1281371
3 month contract, hybrid working (3 days a week expected in the office)
1. Administer and maintain a key section of the finance systems such as central recharging services.
2. Provide training/support to internal stakeholders thereon as required.
3. Ensure completeness of records through control accounts, storage systems and reconciliations.
4. Ensure timely and technically correct processing of transactions including corrective action on queries/unallocated items as appropriate.
5. Draft reports/information thereon as required.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the effective administration of the operational area.
7. Assist in the preparation of a range of monthly and annual accounts, returns, budgets/plans, including projections as appropriate; liaising with External Audit as required
8. Develop and co-ordinate the manual & electronic filing systems required for a central service; ensuring records are accurate and up to date at all times in relation to the defined area of operation.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
