We are looking for an Office Manager / PA to the MD to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 agent in the East Midlands, and so experience is essential.
You should be well presented, an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in property, and proficient in using today's suite of IT software and tools. We are an experienced team and thrive as 'one', ensuring we work in unison to exceed client expectations and help each other deliver the best possible service for our clients.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be smart, alert, and enthusiastic
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Provide exemplary customer service
* Have estate agency experience or experience within the property industry
* Work effectively as part of a successful team
* Have experience with Vebra/ Reapit/ Dezrez or similar CRM software
* Hold a full UK driving licence
Salary: £27-30k depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time 9am - 5.30pm plus weekend availability (9am - 1pm) every other Saturday
