Are you an Architect with a strong eye for Design? Frame are working with a busy Architecture studio in London who are looking to grow. This office is a smaller studio however they do have numerous offices around the UK. They are currently looking for an ARB Architect to join them on a full time permanent basis to work on some award winning projects.
The studio are Leisure/ Mixed use specialists, for this role you would have the opportunity to work on Masterplanning, Leisure/ Mixed use and sports related projects mostly based in the UK. This will be focused on RIBA stage 0-4.
Key Requirements:
* Registered with the ARB (Architects Registration Board)
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Demonstrated experience in UK project architecture
* Experience in UK and European Leisure, Mixed use or Masterplanning projects
* Focus on RIBA stages 0-4, including graphics, feasibility and planning stages
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with project teams to develop innovative architectural designs
* Contribute to feasibility studies and planning applications
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure projects adhere to relevant building regulations and codes
* Participate in design reviews and client presentations
Qualifications:
* ARB registration with a valid UK license to practice architecture
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
* Proven experience in UK project architecture
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and technical skills
* Knowledge of UK and European building regulations and planning processes
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
This is a permanent role with a salary ranging from £40,000 to £47,000, depending on experience and qualifications. After the probation period, hybrid working options will be available.
