Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client located at Runcorn for the Permanent position of a: Technical Support Assistant.
Our client is a long-established company who operates right across the UK dealing with Retail, Commercial, and Industrial Installations. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Technical Support Assistant to join the existing team.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary: £26,000 (plus) per year, Plus Holidays Plus Benefits
Required Skills:
1. Good customer service skills.
2. Good PC skills.
3. Able to handle inbound & outbound calls.
4. Ability to handle customer urgent needs whilst working with the team.
5. Ability to prioritise work schedules to customer urgent needs.
6. Check stock levels for parts and prioritise delivery to site or engineers.
7. Re-order stock when levels are low.
8. Re-schedule and prioritise engineers to attend the customer site according to the customer service level agreement.
9. Plan and arrange daily/weekly engineer schedules and liaise with all engineers.
