I am seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a multi-site business based in Essex, with hands on experience within generalist HR activities as well as proven track record of leading a small team of HR professionals.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing all round HR advice across the business, while reporting to and working closely with the Head of HR on strategic activities
* Leading a team of 4 HR professionals; undertaking 121’s, appraisals, coaching, mentoring and all other people management related activities
* Utilising and working with HR data on a daily basis for reporting as well as business wide decision making
* Influencing and driving positive change throughout the business regarding growth, contractual changes, policies and much more
