Job Summary: Optics and Customer Support Director
Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Optics and Customer Support Director to lead their Product Support Team.
The estimated salary for this position is around £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
You will work closely with Sales and Applications Engineers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
* At least 7 years of experience in a technical support role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Working Hours:
Standard 37-40 hours per week.
