The HR Lead is a hybrid role, requiring remote and onsite attendance at our Reading office. The role requires a dynamic and person centric individual who is highly driven to develop, maintain and grow the HR & People functions within a growing organisation.
Responsible for on boarding and retention of talent
Support managers and Recruitment team in the onboarding, inductions, management and off boarding processes
Develop HR strategies to attract and retain staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational and more
Develop and maintain organisational policies and procedures
Support with training administration processes of all staff
Ensure that HR systems, training and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations and outcomes, grievances and training data
Provide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence including note taking
Supporting Managers with HR aspects e.g. absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
Support staff working in the service with HR related queries
Payroll and expense management
Shift based and flexible working maybe required from time to time
4+ years work experience
~ CIPD Level 3 or above
~ Proven Track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale ups
~ NVQ Level 4 or CIPD level 3 HR/training/administration experience
~ Experience of working with Gsuite and private practise software
~ Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
~ Good understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
