Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects, working closely with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans.
2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
3. Utilize CAD software and 3D visualization tools to create accurate and detailed project renderings.
4. Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee the implementation of designs.
5. Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
6. Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
7. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D visualization tools.
8. Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
